PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Given the compressed schedule of presentation sessions, it is crucial that all presenters are prepared and punctual. Presenters will be introduced briefly by the session chairs.

General Guidelines :

   • Presentations must be made in English or French, depending on the choice of candidate.

   • Please save your presentation in PowerPoint or PDF format on a USB drive.

   • Ensure that your presentation is uploaded to the conference room computer prior to the start of your session.

N.B: You will have a total of 15 minutes: 10 minutes for your presentation and 5 minutes for questions.
